Who G'Vinton does not suit

• The layouts are compact. Type A is 474 sq ft and Type B is 387 sq ft. They suit a single professional, a couple, or a lock-up-and-go second home. If you need three real bedrooms, the only option is the 1,356 sq ft duplex, and there are just 14 of those in the whole building.
• Commercial title under HDA. Utility tariffs and assessment on a commercial-title serviced apartment run higher than on a residential-title condominium, and some banks treat the loan differently. Speak to your banker before you commit rather than after.
• Parking is managed, not deeded. Car parks occupy Levels 1 to 9 and are run on an hourly or daily rate by the future car park management, so you are not buying a titled bay together with the unit. Households that keep two cars should factor that in.
