• Freehold on a residential title. Many Klang Valley high-rise launches sit on commercial land and are sold as serviced apartments. The Maxxon is freehold and fully residential, so electricity and water are billed at residential rates and there is no retail podium sharing the site.
• Every unit is family-sized. The smallest layout is 1,000 sq ft with three bedrooms, and most units are four-bedroom Type B. Type C and Type F are dual-key concept layouts, and every unit comes with at least two car parks — three side by side for Type C.

• You will need a car. There is no rail station inside the township. If anyone in the household depends on the LRT or MRT to get to work or school daily, budget for a car or a feeder trip.
• Big project, few compact options. 816 units across two towers means busy lifts and facilities at peak hours. There is nothing under 1,000 sq ft, so it does not suit a single buyer or couple looking for a small unit, and in Type B four bedrooms share two bathrooms.
