Tower B layouts run from 471 to 936 sq ft, two to three bedrooms. Units are handed over unfurnished with air-conditioning and an instant water heater fitted, porcelain tiles to the living area and study and laminated timber to the bedrooms. Floor-to-floor height is 10 ft.

The developer's public material gives the Tower B sizes — 471, 686, 916 and 936 sq ft — and separately gives the type letters on the floor plan key sheets (A, A1, B, B1, B2, C and D), but it does not publish a table mapping one to the other. Rather than guess, the sizes are listed here as the developer states them and the type letters are left out. Ask the sales gallery which letter corresponds to the size you want. The documented differences between the B variants are about windows: Type B has a toilet without a window, B1 has windows to both toilets, B2 to one. In Tower A the C variants differ the same way — C is intermediate, C1 has extra windows including at the bathroom, C2 has extra windows but not at the bathroom. Tower A holds lifestyle suites laid out as an office, kitchenette and bathroom; the developer has not published their floor areas.

- Five hundred metres to an LRT3 station. Walking distance to rail in Petaling Jaya is rare, and once the line is running it changes the daily calculation for anyone commuting into the city.
- Three expressways and six malls. The site fronts the Sprint, with the LDP and NKVE both close, and 1 Utama, Uptown, Bandar Utama and the TTDI amenities all within a short drive. This is a mature part of PJ, not a frontier.
