How the House Is Laid Out
The studio is one long room, about 4.7 m by 9.3 m on the plan, with the bathroom and a shoe cupboard beside the entrance and a balcony at the far end. The 1+1 adds a master bedroom with an en-suite and a utility room that can double as a small study. The three-bedroom Type C runs deep, with living and dining along one side and the bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen along the other. The two-bedroom Types D and D1 are wider and shallower, entered through the kitchen and dining area, and have no balcony.
