The developer holds a current licence and sales permit, the APDL has been issued and SPAs are being signed. The progress report dated 12 December 2025 put Levels 7 to 23A, the floors that hold the homes, at stage 2(d) of the payment schedule. The permit sets December 2026 as the expected completion; vacant possession then depends on the certificate of completion, so confirm the latest handover estimate when you book.

Wisma Dayamas Sdn Bhd is the licensed developer on the permit. It builds D'Tiara for the GSD Land group and sells through GSD's gallery in Bayan Lepas.
